I service and repair all makes and models using brand specific lubricants and parts either in-house or as a pick up/drop off service*.
*Pick up/drop off available only in the Colorado Front Range area

In-House Services
Domestic machines:
I schedule 2 hour time slots for service with basic adjustments.
A service includes:
Cleaning
Lubrication
Adjustments
Some small repairs can be included, please let me know what is needed when scheduling.
More involved repairs are better done in a controlled environment. I will recommend pick up / drop off service for these.
If you suspect your serger is really fluffy, you may want me to do it as a pick up / drop off to mitigate the mess.
Long Arms:
I schedule 4 hour time slots for service
A service includes:
Cleaning
Lubrication
Frame leveling
Squaring
Pick up / Drop Off Service and Repair
Pick up / drop off service is available only to the Colorado Front Range with NO additional charge.
Pick up and drop off are scheduled with minimum of 1 day in the middle. Please make me aware of any repairs needed when scheduling to ensure prompt delivery
I will need:
Zig zag plate
Zig zag foot
Bobbin case
Power cord +foot control
(if your machine has electrical issues)
I do not want your travel case as your machine is safer buckled in.
No pick up / drop off for long arms.
Service Check and Additional Services
Sometimes you need help in between services.
Thread jams, threader issues,
and tension happen.
Please note:
This is NOT a service.
If you have not had a service in 3 years, you need one. Lubrication evaporates PARTICULARLY HERE, even on "self-lubricating" models.

Long Arms:
Whether it is to a different room in your house or across town to a new owner, I can take it down, move it and set it back up*.
*This is not for new machines. If you have just purchased a new machine and would like help with it, please contact your dealer.

Pick up / Drop Off Service and Repair
There is NO extra charge for pick up / drop off for Colorado Front Range customers.
Repairs will be quoted on a per case basis.
If I cannot fix the machine, there is no charge.
Service Check and Additional Services
Service check $50
Long Arm Moving $800
(Local only)
This is for taking down a machine moving it to a new location and putting it back up.
I will not move or set up a machine that I did not take down or unbox.
Retreat and clinic options:
Arrange for me to come to your retreat (or home) and do 5 machines and I will do one for free (or give you a credit or gift card).
All fees due at end of service. Cash, check and Venmo are accepted.
To keep the prices down, we do not accept credit cards at this time.

You can drop off at Studio Bernina in Broomfield or make an appointment at Twisted Stitches in Superior on the first Thursday of every month.
