Why choose me?
I learned how to fix industrial sewing machines in the Navy in 1989. After the military, while doing sail canvas and then, tactical gear for law enforcement and military, I maintained the machines on the production floor. In 2014, I started working on domestic machines starting with Singer, Pfaff, Viking and Babylock. I was blessed to have a boss that pushed education and a mentor that would teach me WAY more than I would ask for. Since then I have also been trained on Handiquilter and Bernina. I continue my training and work with local stores to ensure I can provide knowledgeable service and original parts.
I believe my job goes beyond maintaining your machine. It doesn't matter if the machine is working correctly if YOU cannot make it do what you want. My goal is to give you the tools to achieve the results you want. As a sewist, I can show you tools and techniques to make your machine do what you want and how to keep your machine happy and healthy.
